There are 4 services which we offer:

1. VPSs (Virtual Private Servers), wither self-managed or with managed services
2. Co-location of customer servers
3. Managed email
4. "Traditional" virtual hosting (Web, Database, Email, Jabber/XMPP)

Virtual Private Servers

A Virtual Private Server (or VPS) runs on a bank of physical computer systems along with other VPSs and are completely isolated from each other. This saves you a considerable amount of money as the costs of the physical systems are shared by several VPSs while still giving you all the benefits of dedicated hardware.

NeverBlock's virtualization technology works such that some physical resources, such as RAM, can not be shared between VPSs. Becasue of this, you will never find your NeverBlock VPS is short of the RAM it is supposed to have. We can not sell your RAM to other customers. Other resources, such as processors, I/O & networking, are shared by the various VPSs running on a physical server. These resources are not used on a continuous basis, which allows them to be safely shared.

NeverBlock's virtualization technology guarantees that you will have CPU, disk I/O and network bandwidth available instantly and on-demand, regardless of how much of these resources are being used by other VPSs. We do not limit your VPS's ability to use the full capcity of the hardware, as long as other VPSs are not trying to use their fair share. If they are, each VPS is still guarunteed their fair minimum.

NeverBlock Virtual Private Servers are fully isolated from each other. It is not possible to access memory or storage of one VPS from another, unless the owners of those servers choose to establish a network connection between their VPSs in order to share data.

NeverBlock Virtual Private Servers are extremely reliable. Over 85% of our customers have experienced 100% uptime every year since we first opened our doors in 2004. Of the rest, over 99% of the downtime experienced was due to their choice to reboot their own VPS(s). Rebooting a NeverBlock VPS, typically takes a mere 10 seconds (or even less) from issuing the reboot command to the point where the system is fully booted and ready for logins with all services running.

NeverBlock's virtualization technology supports Live Migration, a technique where a VPS can be moved from one host server to another without taking the VPS offline. Additionaly, NeverBlock has developed high-performance monitoring and automated load-balancing technologies to ensure that all customer's VPSs are continually up and running, are automatically restarted in case of a sudden and catastrophic failure of a physical server and are automatically migrated to ballance load.

Co-Location Services (CoLo)

$30/RMU/month ($90/RMU/quarter) or $300/RPM/year + a bandwidth plan.
Currently, you'll have to contact Sales for CoLo bandwidth plan pricing.
* 1 RMU = 1.75" tall by 19" wide (we use standard 19" racks).

If you already have servers, or need to own your own physical servers, but need the most reliable datacenter(s) to run them in, NeverBlock can Co-Locate your servers in one or more of our datacenters.

All NeverBlock systems run in datacenters with full redundancy of power, cooling and network connections. Our datacenters are among the most reliable in the world.

Managed Email Services

Why bother spending gobs of time & money, not to mention all the frustration of trying to deal with email server setup and ongoing management? A NeverBlock managed email solution is so easy to deploy, manage and use, you'll wonder why you didn't switch sooner.

NeverBlock's managed email services provide:

1. POP, IMAP and Webmail access, compatible with Linux, MacOS and Windows systems and almost every email client.
2. Proactive anti-SPAM and anti-virus scanning.
3. Never have to deal with patching or upgrading your email servers again.

Virtual Hosting Services

Do you have a small website that just needs to be reliably hosted, but you don't want or need a whole server to yourself? Would you like to be able to add other basics like DNS hosting, FTP or IM with ease? NeverBlock provides managed virtualhosting services.

Basic VirtualHosting

NeverBlock's Basic VirtualHosting packages include:

• FTP server (anonymous download only)
• Database server (MySQL)

Standard VirtualHosting

NeverBlock's Standard VirtualHosting packages include:

• 250MB storage
• Web server
• FTP server (anonymous download only)
• Database server (MySQL, PostgreSQL available by request)
• 1 100MB mailbox on NeverBlock Managed Email Service
• Jabber/XMPP instant messaging for your domain(s)
• Shell access

You can add additional mailboxes (through NeverBlock's Managed Email Service).

Advanced VirtualHosting

NeverBlock's Advanced VirtualHosting packages include:

• 1GB storage
• Web server
• FTP server (anonymous download only)
• Database server (MySQL, PostgreSQL available by request)
• 1 500MB mailbox on NeverBlock Managed Email Service
• Jabber/XMPP instant messaging for your domain(s)
• Shell access

You can add-on to your Advanced VirtualHosting package:

• Additional mailboxes (through NeverBlock's Managed Email Service)
• Primary and/or secondary DNS server ($1/month/zone or $10/year/zone)
• Additional storage ($2/GB/month or $20/GB/year)
