Acceptable Use Policy

It is not the intention of NeverBlock to restrict anyone's reasonable use of their virtual private server. However, it is necessary to restrict certain activities.

1. Pornographic content is not permitted under any circumstances.
2. No content provided by any services running on a virtual private server may be used to advocate illegal acts, to conduct illegal acts or to conceal illegal information.
3. No hate content.
4. NeverBlock virtual private servers may not be used to send Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), also known as SPAM.

Violation of any of the terms of NeverBlock's Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of the offending account, and such activities may be reported to the proper authorities.
